CCR Club members can expect to receive our People Pay and Performance Annual covering Pay in UK Contact Centres 2010 in early December. This latest research is based on interviews with 260 contact centres, making it the largest survey of pay in the UK. The study is highly detailed and deals with pay levels, cash and non cash benefits as well as many other human capital costs. As well as agent level staff, we look at supervisory through to director level pay and even specialist roles. Results are split by regions, work types, call flow and several other filters. We would like to thank all those contact centres for their support in our data collection phase. Club members can also expect their Location Annual early in 2010 with pay, demographic, property and perception data covering 35 cities in the British Isles. __________________________________________________________________________ |
