CCR Club's Monthly Benchmark   

This month CCR's benchmark covers Social Networking in the Contact Centre.  Spend between 5 and 7 minutes on this 8 question survey and receive the free White Paper on completion of the research.

Our Operational Performance benchmark covers one new topic each month and we return customised findings to participants within 60 days of launching the theme.

Typically a monthly benchmark takes 10 minutes to complete and they never exceed 14 questions in length. Although we offer you 12 themes per annum you can complete as few or as many as you wish. Depending on your personal needs and time.


When you take part in one of our Operational Benchmarks we guarantee NOT to sell your information to vendors as a lead-generating exercise and we never resell your contact information as many of our competitors do.

Once we have collected the results of the benchmark we analyse results and produce white papers. We can also customise your results for added relevancy to your particular type of contact centre.
