Especially taking into consideration the external and internal factors which are associated with the 'R' word. Head of Contact Centre, Vhi Healthcare ___________________________________________________________________________ VHI Healthcare win CCMA Ireland Commendation for Best 100 Contact Centre Workplaces at the glittering annual industry awards in the Burlington Hotel Dublin. CCR were delighted to make the award to VHI, who were one of several Irish contact centres from within the CCMA Ireland membership completing an identical employee engagement survey as part of the Best 100 Contact Centre Workplace Awards. Based solely on the views of their own personnel VHI Healthcare topped the league table in the eight theme survey. Michael Allen of Contact Centre Research handed over the award congratulating all participants for their commitment to really understanding how strong their employee engagement levels were. "It is a testament to the Irish contact centre community that the average ranking for Irish entrants was four stars out of five and all seven organisations are now Certified Best Contact Centre Workplaces."
