Description

CCR Club is our entry level product designed to offer the best possible value.  All CCR Club components are directly intermeshed and scaleable to our major programmes.  Each of the programmes has an enhanced service depending on the needs of your organisation.

Club is a new method of meeting the research needs of a modern contact centre on a tight budget. Over 400 in-house and outsourcer organisations already regularly use Contact Centre Research services.

As a Club member paying a single fee, you will be provided with:-

  • Five major research programmes covering the 5 main areas of interest to a modern contact centre leader and his/her team.
